Shipping Costs

Handling and Delivery costs are included in price, for all destinations within continental USA. For other destinations, please CONTACT US, in order to calculate additional costs.

Returns

All products available at miamiespresso.com are of the highest quality.
To avoid most returns, please make sure that you are ordering the correct product to cover your needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your un-opened items to us within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding: the shipping and handling costs, any additional insurance charges and a restocking fee (25% off the purchase price). Please note that we can make a full refund, only if the return is a result of our mistake. International orders may not be returned.
Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment. You can expect a refund within 2-5 business days after our receiving of your return. Cash refunds will not be issued. If goods are returned damaged or are returned late, we reserve the right to refuse refunds, at our discretion.
